Supervision for Aspiring BCBAs
Build real clinical skill, not just hour tracking.
Get mentorship from someone with a full range of ABA experience — clinic, school, home, and beyond.
This consultation is designed for trainees who:
Want fieldwork hours that build real clinical thinking, not just signatures on paperwork
Are working toward the BCBA exam and want a supervisor invested in their growth
Want experience across settings — clinic, school, and in-home ABA
Want a supervisor who works with pediatric and adult populations, including Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, OCD, ADHD, and Autism
Want to learn how ACT and ERP work alongside traditional ABA methods
Want mentorship from someone who's run her own practice and knows OBM
Want a supervisor who treats their development as seriously as client care
Together we:
Build your case conceptualization skills so you're not just following protocols
Draw on experience across pediatric and adult populations — Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, OCD, ADHD, and Autism
Strengthen your foundation in traditional ABA across clinic, school, and home settings
Introduce ACT- and ERP-informed thinking within a behavior-analytic framework
Talk through the business side too — private practice ownership and organizational behavior management, if that's part of where you're headed
Work through documentation, hour tracking, and BCBA exam application guidance
Prepare you to practice with clinical depth, not just protocol compliance
Availability
